What is the difference between a custom box and a scoop box?

All items in the Custom box can be any characters you specify, while all items in the Scoop box are limited to the list, and the characters in the items will be selected as closely as possible to those in the notes.

When they are packaged, they will be based on the wish and aviod in your note!

How to place an order and make note?

Add the Custom Box or Scoop Box to your cart, and then fill in your favorite characters, wishes, and aviod items in the "Order special instructions" section at the bottom right of the cart page.

When will my package be shipped?

Orders are usually processed and packed within3-5 days after payment is confirmed.

For video orders, we require additional preparation and filming time before shipment, which will take longer than regular orders.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

How long does shipping take?

After shipping, delivery usually takes 7–12 days, depending on your location and local carrier.

Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. And the tracking number can be tracked to follow your package’s journey until it arrives.
